In-stock Items and Backorders

No, we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock, nor do we do back-orders. If an item is out of stock, then please visit us again to see when or if it is available.

Refunds, Credits,  and Returns

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all authorized returns. No refunds or returns on fragrances, waxes, special orders, or holiday/seasonal items. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we ship an item in error. You must obtain an RMA number for proper processing and crediting of returns. You can obtain an RMA number by calling 423-248-9598. You will need your invoice number and the reason for the return to expedite processing of your request. We will credit your card upon receipt of the return provided the item is received back within two weeks in re-saleable condition and/or with complete packaging if defective so that we can return it for credit from our vendors. Please ship your return in a traceable way, such as UPS or use Delivery Confirmation in returning via US Mail. Returns are not accepted after 15 days.

Please note that a special order may be any single item ordered in quantities higher than six. For instance, ten pounds of river rock would not be a special order, but ten packages of a specific beading floss may be if it is an item that we have to order specifically for you in quantities greater than we normally stock. Please ask when placing your order if you are concerned. We don't mind a bit. :)

Tracking Your Order

You can easily track your purchase online once it has been shipped by using the order number provided in your order confirmation email. Visit our tracking page and simply enter your number to track your package. There is a possibility that your package may have been sent by US Mail. If you are unable to track your package, please email us and ask for your tracking information.

Shipping by US Mail

We cannot ship fragile items such as glass by mail and we reserve the right to change your preferred method of shipping based on the cost of the package or delicacy of the contents. The costs of shipping by mail as given in the cart are not complete: you will need to also figure in the cost of delivery confirmation, shipping insurance, and actual weight of the package. While the cart is fairly accurate in determining package weight, it cannot factor in issues such as packaging size and the inability to ship some items together. It is in our best interest as well as yours to ensure that you receive your order in the safest and most timely manner, and this may result in changes to freight method.

International Orders

We ship internationally by both UPS and US Mail. There is a currency exchange fee that may be assessed based on the total of the order, and final shipping costs will be determined once your order has been packaged and weighed. We reserve the right to refuse any international order bound for commonly considered "high-risk areas" (such as Nigeria) for credit card fraud. Due to the many different agencies involved and the inability to track a package when shipping international mail, we are not responsible for damaged or missing packages when shipped via US Mail. If your package should arrive damaged or is lost in transit, we will provide the documentation for you to make a claim with the postal service in your country. This does not apply to packages shipped via UPS. 

Privacy Policy    

We value your privacy! Our newsletter is available by request only, and we will never sell or distribute your email address or other personal to marketing firms, spammers, or salespersons. We are far too stingy with our customers to share them with anyone!

Your ordering and purchasing information given in good faith will likewise be held to be private and confidential. We do, however, cooperate with law enforcement personnel and other agencies in the case of proven or suspected fraud.

Declined Credit Cards

We charge $5 for each declined credit card. Our merchant services charges us this fee, and we must pass this on to our customers.

Package Insurance

Insurance is provided by UPS free of charge for orders totaling $100. Insurance for orders over $100 will incur an additional charge that will not be reflected in the shopping cart. Orders sent by US Mail will also incur insurance charges not shown in the cart.


You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in order to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items as they must be returned to us for examination prior to receiving a credit.  

Shipping Charges

The costs for freight as given in the cart is an estimate only. We charge actual shipping costs as given by UPS. Customers responsible for errors in addresses will be charged a $5 per package address correction charge for ground shipments and $10 per package for air packages including 3 day select. Some items cannot be shipped together, and these orders will be broken up into separate packages. Additional freight charges and/or insurance may apply. 

Shipping Times

We ship via USPS Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Orders may be shipped within 4 business days of placement, but usually go out within 2 business days. Selecting an air delivery option will not mean that your order will go out that same day. If you are experiencing a severe time constraint or deadline, please phone us once you have placed your order to make us aware of your circumstances.


We offer no warranty, express nor implied, for your use, misuse, or handling of our products. We sell our items in good faith but without warranty, and we assume no responsibility, direct or consequential, arising from the use, misuse, or association with these products. If an item is not of the quality represented on our site, then we will be glad to replace it upon return.

Sea Shells and Products from Nature

Sea shells and other natural items will vary in size and color. We expect those variations to be minor, but because these items are not manufactured, they may be slightly different from those shown in the photograph. All sizes are approximate, and we regret that we are unable to sort these items according to exact measurements. If you have concerns about the specifics of a natural item, please contact us prior to ordering.
